I'm seeing an error message in my course window from the course portal.

Oh, rats! We’re sorry you’re having technical difficulties.
Seeing a back-end coding issue means there’s an issue with our learning management system. Generally, these issues resolve within 30 minutes.
Here’s what we recommend doing:
- Log out of the course.
- Clear the cache on your browser.
- Completely close the browser program, as this may trigger it to update.
- Wait 15 minutes before logging back in. Generally, this is enough time to renew the server lease and will resolve most errors.
- Log into the course and resume.
If after waiting 15 minutes and logging back in you’re unable to continue the course, we recommend starting a chat with one of our live agents if one is available.
If not, you can always drop in your email in the live chat and someone will provide you assistance via email as soon as possible. Use the speech bubble in the lower right corner to open the live chat - don’t forget to say sge:no (hello)!
