Transcripts available
All our standard course videos have transcripts available.
Depending on the year of issue of your course version or your organization's accessibility preferences, these transcripts are available as a clickable transcript in the video player or a separate openable accordion installed above the video inside the lesson.
Alt. text for photos
All photos in our courses (both SCORM and hosted in our system) have alternative text for the photos as of the 2022 course edition.
Screen reader compatible
All 4 Seasons of Reconciliation courses are screen reader compatible. Courses hosted via our LMS are inherently compatible with Dragon and JAWS. Some alternate screen readers may encounter issues as they may use a different default reading order or navigation type.
If you or one of your learners are using a screen reader and encountering difficulty, please contact the Reconciliation Education team, and we will connect you with a different course.
High contrast & bionic bolding
All 4 Seasons of Reconciliation courses are published in high contrast colours for all text, including slideshows to ease strain on learners, including those with visual disability.
Our content uses an adpated version of bionic bolding where key terms and sections are bolded to assist readers with and without disabilities to more easily read and track text.
