Welcome to our new home! In order to ensure you and your learners receive course communications, follow these instructions.
👤 This article is for the main point of contact for a participating organization.
First, what is whitelisting?
In simple terms whitelisting, also called allowlisting, is a cybersecurity measure that adds "allowed" entities to a list that your organization considers allowable or safe. Entities that are not on this whitelist may be blocked in communicating with your organization.
If you have an IT team, share this article with them and ask them to complete the 2 whitelisting items below.
Part 1: Reconciliation Education
Please allow communications from 4seasons@reconciliationeducation.ca This is the originating entity for all support communications from our knowledge & live chat teams, and is also the email identity used to send most course communication emails.
Part 2: Reconciliation Education's LMS (course portal, Docebo)
Please follow these instructions from the Docebo Community.
You will need to check 3 DNS Records: SPF, DKIM, and MX.
