How long do I have to complete the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation course?
For most learners, you have 365 days (1 year) from the day you were registered to complete the course.
Some learners may have less or more time, depending on your organization or the promotion through which provided your access to the course.
You can complete the course in as many or as few sittings as you like, any time 24/7/365.
Our course portal is always active, and you can resume or begin your learning any time of day or night.
Not sure how long you have?
Check your welcome email. Welcome emails are the best way to discover how long is left on your course time. Most welcome emails will include a specific line indicating how long you have access to the eLearning, and in many cases, will tell you exactly when your course expires.
Most learners can find their welcome emails by searching for messages from 4seasons@reconciliationeducation.ca in their inbox.
Some welcome emails are sent directly by your organization. In cases like this, we recommend searching your inbox for emails containing "4 Seasons of Reconciliation", "Reconciliation Education", "Welcome", or "Reconciliation" as keywords.
Welcome email unhelpful, or un-findable?
Not to worry! You can check your course or learning plan.
- In your course portal, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
- Then, click Your Courses and Learning Plans
- Click on your course or learning plan.
- On the right side of the screen, you should see something like the below. Under Time to Complete, you may see a deadline date or a countdown.
