      I completed the post-secondary course and I didn't receive a certificate.

      We can help you retrieve it - no sweat!

      🎓 This article is for you if:

      1. You completed a course with a URL starting with: info.reconciliationeducation.ca and:
      2. You are part of a college or university taking a 4 Seasons of Reconciliation post-secondary course

      If you are part of a college or university taking a post-secondary course that does not begin with the above URL, please contact your LMS (learning management system) Administrator or your assigning professor for assistance retrieving your certificate. The Reconciliation Education team will not be able to provide your certificate, as it originates outside our system.

       We have good news for you - as of June 1st, 2021, all of our post-secondary courses offer certificates to successful participants.

      If you didn't receive a certificate after completing the post-secondary final quiz, it may be for one of these reasons:

        • You misspelled your email address (this happens all the time!)
        • Your final score was below the required 70% to pass the quiz (you can try the final quiz again, don't worry!)
        • Your certificate went to your junk, spam, promotions, or quarantine folder 
        • You took the course from a tablet or phone

      While this is a bummer, it's also a very easy fix! All you need to do is follow these simple steps.

      1. Search for your original certificate email

      If you'd like to search for the original email with your certificate, you can search using these keywords:

      From: 4 Seasons of Reconciliation <reconciliationeducation@gmail.com>
      Subject: Congratulations! You Passed the Final Quiz!

      Here's the text of the email.

      Way to go! Congratulations on passing the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation Education Post-Secondary Final Quiz.

      Here's your certificate. Please save a copy for your records. If your instructor or program requires it, please forward this email and its attached certificate.

      You didn't find an original email? No problem.

      2. The next step is to add our certification email address as a contact in your email account address book to ensure that the next time around the email lands safely in your inbox.

      Here's our contact info to add:

      3. Once you've added us as a contact, take the final quiz again (and pass with a mark of 70% or over).

      This should instantly send a new certificate to your inbox. Save your certificate to your device, and print out a copy for your wall!
