With your role as group analyst, you have access to the group analyst dashboard where you can view your learner progress and pull usage report data. Our learning management system partner, Thinkific, has a guide about how this dashboard works and how to view learner progress. To log in and view your group analyst dashboard, sign in using your regular 4 Seasons of Reconciliation credentials (the email and password you use to access the course).
When you log into the system, you’ll be able to switch between this group analyst dashboard and your learner dashboard, where you’ll find your course. Use the ‘Preview Website’ button in your group analyst dashboard to navigate back to your course dashboard and resume learning - visuals and instructions for this are in the article above!
