Why am I registered for a learning plan? I thought I was taking 1 course.
In our new learning portal, you will be registered for a learning plan. This learning plan includes a number of courses - depending on which version of 4 Seasons of Reconciliation you are registered for. Most 4 Seasons of Reconciliation learners in the new portal will have 11 courses inside their learning plan.
Rest assured - you are registered for the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation course! We've just packaged it differently to allow learners more control of how many sessions they take to complete it.
What is a learning plan?
A learning plan is a collection of courses inside our online portal. The 4 Seasons of Reconciliation learning plan includes 1 course for each module that makes up the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation.
In the old course portal, you would be registered for 1 course with 11 chapters. In the new portal, you are instead registered for 1 learning plan with 11 courses.
This setup gives the learner an opportunity to take a break, refocus, or end a session once they've completed a section of the course. It also makes it easier to identify key sections of the course and revisit important information later.
