🌎 This article is for everyone.

In 2021 and 2022, Reconciliation Education partnered with RBC to provide a free limited-time course offering to all Canadians. Is this campaign still active?

As of January 2023, this campaign was closed.

Registration is completely closed and the course is no longer available for registration or learner access.

Why can't I access the RBC course?

This course was a limited-time offer. The course was available for 2 years, and each learner was allowed until January of 2023 to complete the course, regardless of when during the campaign they registered.

As of January 2024, this campaign site has been closed. The site has been decommissioned in order to allow new campaigns to take place in our digital space.

You will not be able to sign in to your account or access your certificate using regular means, as the site is not accessible.

What about my certificate?

For learners who successfully completed the course during the campaign, you will have earned a certificate. Certificates are not currently accessible by learners through the course site, as you are unable to sign in to the site due to its being decommissioned.

We suggest first searching your email inbox for your certificate copy. We suggest using search terms "RBC", "4 Seasons", "Reconciliation", and "Thinkific" in your email account.

If you did not save a copy of your certificate or cannot locate your certificate in your email account, you can reach out to the Reconciliation Education team to provide a copy.

To request a copy of your RBC campaign certificate, please follow these steps.
