In the past, English learners and French learners of the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation have needed to log in to different sites. Is there a new French portal?
No! There will be no new dedicated French portal. Our new portal has multilanguage support! What does this mean?
All 4 Seasons of Reconciliation learners will be learning on the same portal (https://reconciliationeducation.docebosaas.com/learn/signin).
In the new course portal, each learner can select the language they would like to see the site in. Currently, our site supports English and French. For instructions on how to change your Language Preference in the new portal, click here.
Please note that changing your Language Preference does not change the language of the course content, only the website. Learners will still need to be registered for either a French or English course, regardless of their Language Preference.
Clients please note that registration for 2 languages still requires 1-form-per-language in order to ensure that the learner is registered for the correct language content.
