I've got a new email address. How do I change it?
There are many reasons you could have a new address: changing departments, changing names, your company is rebranding... the options are limitless! We know it happens, and fortunately, you can adapt your account to match your new digital mailbox.
If you've changed your email address, you can change it in Your Profile.

What about my username? It doesn't match my new email address, and I can't change it!
Your username can't be changed, even by the Reconciliation Education team.
Your username is the unique identifier that is linked to all your account details in the system, and is usually the email address you registered with.
Your username does not affect your ability to receive emails from the course portal, because your Email Address on your account (not your username) is what our system uses to send your emails.
If you have changed your email address, you will still need to use your former email address (the one that is still listed as your username) to log in to your account because it is set as your username.
Even if this email address has been shutdown or is inaccessible, you will still be able to log in and will not need access to this old email account once you have changed the Email Address associated with the account.
